Vacation Packages & Timeshares

Vacation packages, clubs, and timeshare contracts can involve multiple providers and legally significant notice periods. Use the guide for your provider to understand the stated cancellation channels and documents to review.
Look for deadlines in the actual agreement and applicable local law. A booking cancellation may not terminate a long-term membership or ownership obligation. Where formal notice is required, keep copies and proof of delivery.
