Account interfaces, support channels and terms can change without notice. We welcome specific corrections that make our guides more accurate and useful.
What to report
Please tell us if you notice a broken official link, an incorrect phone number, a missing cancellation option, a changed refund rule, an outdated account menu, or a guide that confuses two services with similar names.
How to submit a correction
- Open our Contact Us page.
- Include the URL and title of the article concerned.
- Describe the exact statement or step that appears incorrect.
- Provide the official source or other verifiable evidence supporting your report, if possible.
You do not need to create an account to submit feedback. Please do not share your password, full card number or private account documents.
How reports are assessed
We aim to examine the affected statement, compare it with relevant primary sources and update the wording when the evidence supports a change. A correction may involve changing the instructions, adding an important condition, updating a link, or identifying information that could not be confirmed.
Reports that depend on private account terms cannot always be resolved without access to the provider’s current policies. In those cases, we may direct readers to official customer service rather than make an unsupported claim.
Editorial changes and updated dates
Minor style edits do not necessarily indicate a policy change. A new update date does not guarantee that every section was rechecked at the same time. For a decision involving fees, coverage or an imminent renewal, confirm the current terms with the company itself.
